Oceanside Addition

A young family needed room to grow with this 1000 sf addition which included two new bedrooms, an office and a dining room extension. The whole home received a facelift with new siding, paint and entry approach.

Sonoma Addition + Remodel

With more grandkids added to the family, this vacation home needed to have more space and be updated to fit the needs of a large family. By adding a junior suite, the homeowners will be able to let their kids and grandkids utilize the rest of the home for holidays and gatherings while they have their own space. The kitchen was outdated, small and needed to be expanded into the dining room. The cold Sonoma nights provided an opportunity to create a cozy outdoor dining and seating area to give the family more usable space during all seasons of the year.

Spanish Dining Room Addition

This historic Spanish home needed more space for this family to entertain and dine together. Located in the College Area it was built in the 1920s. The addition needed to feel like it was always part of the home and match the surrounding architecture. The result was a dining room addition and an entry porch. A new intricate Spanish-style bay window at the front provided a cohesive look with the existing style of the home.

La Mesa Kitchen Remodel and Addition

With an strange layout and small kitchen, this home in La Mesa needed a design that would welcome guests and provide space for cooking and entertaining. By opening up and reconfiguring one side of the home, the kitchen is able to expand and open out onto the backyard for entertaining. Complete with a new entrance and updated façade the curb appeal and functionality of this home is much improved.

Spanish Home Remodel
