The Beau Elevator + HVAC Upgrade

The Beau is a newly renovated historic hotel in Downtown San Diego that is getting an HVAC upgrade and adding an elevator. This is an example of a smaller commercial project that requires city tenant improvement permitting. The building is 3 levels with a possible roof deck being added.
